Anushka is gradually finishing the assignments in hand and is now ready to sign new films. One of the first she has signed is a film with Samudra of Adhipati fame. Apparently this film is a woman oriented subject with a lot of scope for the leggy lass to emote and perform.Anushka has a few films up her sleeve which are likely to release soon, of which Vedam is one, where she plays a sex workers. She also has a Tamil film opposite Vijay slated to release soon.
Once she finishes work on these above films she would start work on the new film.
