California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has invited Shah Rukh Khan to a conciliatory dinner after the Bollywood star was detained at Newark airport, according to reports.
The Daily Telegraph claims that the Hollywood actor-turned-politician has offered to meet Khan in Washington next month in response to the incident, which occurred on August 15.
However, it is not clear whether the invitation has been accepted.
