Hero Srikanth , CV Mohan Reddy (former advocate General) and many others from Jubilee Hills moved to High Court on Friday and questioned the wisdom of Greater Hyderabad Muncipal corporation in allowing High-rise commercial structures in the residential areas of Jubilee Hills.
The division bench comprising Chief Justice Anil Ramesh Dave and Justice C V Nagarjuna Reddy, wondered as to what the authorities and the Jubilee Hills Cooperative Housing Society were doing when the building laws were violated and directed the department of municipal administration and GHMC to file their counter affidavits within two weeks.
